This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Ranked-Peptides. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Dispatch Times

 

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days after payment has been confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

 

During busy periods or sales, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we will always keep you updated if there are any delays.

 

2. Delivery Locations

 

We deliver to locations where it is legal to purchase, possess, and receive research‑only products.

 

It is your responsibility to check and comply with all local laws, regulations, and import restrictions in your country or region before ordering. We cannot be held responsible if orders are seized, delayed, or refused by customs or local authorities.

 

3. Delivery Methods & Times

 

We use fully tracked and insured delivery services for all orders, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

 

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

 

- UK Mainland: 1–3 working days

- International: 5–10 working days (depending on location and customs processing)

 

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs checks, or circumstances outside our control.

 

4. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. All costs are clearly displayed before you complete payment.

 

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time – terms will be shown at checkout when applicable.

 

5. Delivery Address

 

You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address you provide is correct and complete. We cannot change the address once your order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying any additional postage costs to resend it.

 

6. Failed Delivery & Returns

 

If delivery is attempted but no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave instructions for re‑delivery or collection. If the parcel is not collected within the timeframe given and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re‑delivery – you will be liable for any extra shipping charges incurred.
