📄 RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made from Ranked-Peptides. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Important Note Regarding Our Products
All items sold are research‑only products. Due to the nature of these goods – including hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons – we cannot accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer require the products.
2. When We Will Accept Returns or Issue Refunds
We will only consider returns or refunds in the following circumstances:
- Damaged or faulty items: If products arrive damaged, broken, or defective.
- Incorrect items: If you receive a product different from the one you ordered.
- Items not received: If your order is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier.
3. What You Need To Do
If you are eligible for a return or refund, you must contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order, or within 7 days of the expected delivery date if items have not arrived.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs showing the issue (damage, incorrect product, etc.)
- Your contact details
We will review your claim and respond within 3 working days to let you know the next steps.
4. Returning Items
If we agree that items should be returned:
- We will provide you with a returns address.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- You are responsible for covering the cost of return postage unless the error was entirely our fault (e.g. we sent the wrong item).
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, or confirm the issue, we will process your refund or replacement:
- If you choose a refund, we will issue it using the same payment method you used to purchase. Funds usually appear in your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If you prefer a replacement, we will dispatch the correct item as soon as possible, at no extra cost to you if the mistake was ours.
6. Circumstances Where Refunds/Returns Are Not Available
We cannot offer returns or refunds if:
- More than 7 working days have passed since delivery.
- Items have been opened, used, altered, or damaged through misuse or improper storage.
- You ordered the wrong item or changed your mind.
- You failed to check local laws before ordering and products are seized or refused by customs.
- The issue is caused by information you provided incorrectly (e.g. wrong delivery address).
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if you contact us before the order has been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, it is considered delivered and our standard returns policy applies.
